2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
2.2 You must not share your pt999 account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted from your account will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed such activity.
2.3 You must notify pt999 immediately at the contact address provided on this platform if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pt999 will investigate such reports but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User failed to maintain credential security.
2.4 pt999 employs SSL/TLS encryption, OTP verification, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect accounts. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. pt999 will never request your password via any communication channel.

3.2 Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the pt999 Cashier section and may be updated at the platform's discretion. pt999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.
3.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including CNIC submission, before processing.
3.4 pt999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. pt999 accepts no liability for delays attributable to payment processors or banking institutions.
3.5 Funds deposited into a pt999 account may only be used for gaming on the pt999 platform. pt999 reserves the right to investigate and reverse deposits where fraud, money laundering, or misuse is suspected.
4.1 All sports bets placed on pt999, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test cricket, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a wager.
4.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pt999, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. In the event of obvious errors in published odds — including but not limited to decimal or display errors — pt999 reserves the right to void the affected bets at fair market odds.
4.3 Casino games including live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) and electronic games (slots, crash games) are provided by licensed third-party studios. Game results are determined by certified random number generators (for electronic games) or physical equipment under regulated studio conditions (for live games). pt999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
4.4 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures for casino games are provided by the respective game studios. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
4.5 In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or sports bet, pt999 will apply the rules of the relevant game studio or sports betting rules to determine the outcome. pt999 accepts no liability for losses attributable to the User's internet connection, device failure, or power outage.
5.1 pt999 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotions to registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be converted to withdrawable funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
5.3 pt999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Suspected misuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new pt999 account. pt999 will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but accepts no liability for losses incurred if a self-excluded player circumvents platform controls.

9.1 pt999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from bet settlement delays, game malfunctions, or payment processing errors.
9.3 pt999's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of pt999 that cannot be resolved through the platform's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
10.2 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or game results, the pt999 platform records shall be treated as authoritative. You must raise any dispute within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this period will not be considered.
